This blueberry vinaigrette on top of a spring salad should be called a kitchen sink. It has candied walnuts, feta cheese, carrots, avocado, chicken, celery, tomatoes, peppers, raspberries, pears and more. It's so healthy and delicious!

This beautiful salad is not only delicious, but also healthy. You just have to try. This is a complete meal!
Cranberry-Vinaigrette.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup of water.
1/3 cup olive oil.
2EL plus 1TL. Balsamic Essig.
2 3 fresh basil leaves.
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
pinch of salt and pepper.
1 tsp. Sugar.
2 tbsp. water to dilute the sauce.
Adresses:
Place the cranberries, 1/2 cup water, and sugar in a saucepan and heat over medium-high heat. Stir and cook until the cranberries burst and fall apart. As soon as the sauce thickens a little, about 3 to 4 minutes, remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
Add oil, vinegar, garlic powder, a pinch of salt and pepper, basil, cranberries and add a few tablespoons of water. Mix until smooth.
Now let's assemble the salad. You can use whatever ingredients you like, but this is what I used:

feta cheese.
chopped red pepper.
organic raspberries.
grated carrots.
Chopped celery.
1 pear, peeled and cut into pieces.
Boiled chicken pieces, cut into small pieces.
Chopped tomato.
avocado cut into cubes.
Salty spring mix.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Add the avocado, walnuts and raspberries and the feta cheese at the end. Shake well and enjoy!

Enjoy this fresh summer salad for a picnic, lunch, or any time of day!
Ingredients:
1 cup blanched edamame
Blanch Plus 1/2 Cup.
1 cup cooked quinoa.
Red bell pepper, green bell pepper 1/2 cup.
Tomatoes 1/4 cup.
cilantro as needed.
almonds as needed.
Blueberry as needed.
For the vinaigrette:
Lemon/lime 1 very large.
grated ginger 1 tsp.
Salt - as needed.
Pepper as needed.
Senf pastry 1 TL.
Honig 1 TL.
apple cider vinegar 1 tsp.
Detailed steps:
1. Combine all vinaigrette ingredients and shake well.
2. Mix all the vegetables with the vinaigrette, add the cilantro and serve.
3. Refrigerate for a while before serving for best flavors, enjoy!

Simple salad. It works great if your duties involve bringing a plate to a meeting.

Ingredients 2 cups shelled frozen edamame 2 cups dried cranberries 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, freshly ground pepper to taste 1 cup crumbled feta cheese. 2 cups (300 g) frozen edamame, unpeeled 1 cup (150 g) dried cranberries, sweetened 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil Black pepper, to taste 1 cup (90 g) crumbled feta cheese Wild Rice and Edamame Salad Preheat oven to 350°C. Honey, dried cranberries, edamame, rice wine vinegar, medium carrots and 8 more. Ingredients.
1/4 cup Edamame, frozen 1/4 cup chopped celery. 1/4 cup chopped cucumber.
1/8 c. Dried cranberries. 1/4 cup of fat-free feta cheese addresses. Thaw edamame in ½ cup microwave safe. Baste for about 2.5 minutes or until the edamame is fully cooked. Or thaw the edamame.
Cook the edamame in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water to stop the cooking process and pat dry with paper towels. You want to make sure the edamame is dry so the salad doesn't get soggy. Toss the edamame with cranberries, basil, olive oil and pepper in a nice bowl.
PREPARATION Thaw or cook the edamame and corn as needed, then add them to the bowl along with the bell peppers, cranberries, shallots or onions. Quinoa, edamame and blueberry salad. A unique quinoa salad.
Toasting the quinoa adds a nutty flavor. You can get a lot of calories from the vinaigrette, I used Maple Farms Sugar Free. Sent by: CD6706621. Ingredients 2 cups raw quinoa 4 cups water 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup celery, sliced 1 (15 oz.) can corn, drained 1 (15 oz. can) chickpeas, rinsed and drained 3/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped 1 full cup dried cranberries 1 (12-ounce package) edamame, cooked.
Instructions In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, edamame, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, carrots, dried cranberries, minced garlic and set aside. In a small bowl, combine grapeseed oil, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, oregano, basil and rosemary. Ingredients 2 cups peeled edamame (green soybeans) 2 cups cooked chickpeas ⅓ cup chopped red onion ⅓ cup chopped red bell pepper ⅓ cup chopped carrots ¼ cup sunflower seeds ¼ cup sweetened dried cranberries (as Ocean Spray® Craisins®) ⅓ cup olive oil ⅓ cup honey ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar.
